Arts:Earth Partnership Brings Green to the Arts
Artists have deep roots in the arts...but today most of us are way too into business :-) I thought you might like a little balance in your life's work, and you might find it at Arts:Earth Partnership. In conjunction with the Electric Lodge they provide a venue and host of services for indie producers and artists.
Arts:Earth Partnership is a voluntary coalition of cultural facilities, theaters, museums, dance studios, art galleries, performing arts companies and individual artists collectively committed to achieving environmental sustainability.
Arts:Earth Partnership provides one place to go for a free materials exchange program, energy audits, creative convergences, exclusive vendor deals, vetted resources and a low-cost, officially recognized green certification.
The founding partners are the Los Angeles Department of Cultural Affairs, Santa Monica Cultural Affairs Divsion, LA Stage Alliance, and Sustainable Works.
is one of three eco-stage initiatives developed by the Electric Lodge, a solar-powered visual and performing arts center in Venice, CA.
