"I just wrote a couple songs a really good group's (SA-RA) new record coming out. I think their record will definitely be a strong musical statement..spiritually and sonically...plus alot of people are gonna hear it 'cos they're very well known in the underground and just got signed to major label," he said in an email update.

YouTube and MySpace have become marketing tools for new music producers like Coates. "Because of SA-RA seeing my video, they asked me to participate in their next project and hopefully, I can produce a few videos for it, as I've got a good group of directors and film people I can pull from--and on the cheap."
